Delivery information

Covid-19 Update:
Arty Lobster is operating with a very reduced number of staff to keep everybody safe, with almost all staff working remotely. We are still producing sculptures and we currently send them out within six weeks. However as the current situation is unpredictable, we apologise in advance for any delays.

Delivery to the UK
You usually receive the sculpture within 4-6 weeks of placing an order online and giving us the photos. A £5 P&P charge will be applied. Please make sure you have put the correct door number and postcode in the address fields.

International delivery:
We deliver anywhere in the world with a charge of only £5 P&P. Our sculptures are delivered by either Royal Mail/Parcelforce or DHL. Please ensure that you include the country and postcode (If you do not have a postcode, please write N/A) in the address fields 

Christmas orders:
Sometimes during the busiest months of October, November & December orders can take a little longer than usual (count 6-8 weeks).
